Hi, welcome to the Reconnect Retreat. I'm Donna and I'm Australia's leading relationship expert. I guide and support couples to align their mind, body, heart and soul so they can become mote connected.

The 3 main areas I work with are communication, releasing negative suppressed emotions and rewiring the mind.

When a couple heal it ripples out to their whole family, the wider community and the world.

This retreat is so powerful because it opens up space for true intimacy.

I am passionate about supporting you to optimize your biggest asset and that is YOU!!

I am a qualified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Bowen and Massage Therapist, Lymphatic Support Therapist and EFT Practitioner. I love what I do because I want my clients to live their best life and I love to teach them simple effective techniques that can radically change their bodies, find pain relief and step into the power they hold in themselves to FEEL BETTER.

My sessions are “ Bowen Balance + Flow “ which is a full body comprehensive wellness session, incorporating PEMF-120, compression therapy, reflexology and Lymph stimulation.

I'm passionate about self care, and supporting the body by empowering the individual to take the reins and responsibility for their own wellbeing. I love to work with the body to renew flow, release blockages and shift stuck energy, ultimately improving energy vibration = better energy and feeling better.
