I'm Donna Ware, a high-energy empowerment and transformation mentor with over 15 years of experience helping women and men break free from people-pleasing, performing, and perfectionism and other poor behaviours. I’ve walked the hard road myself through dark times of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and a complete loss of identity.
After spending decades trapped in overwhelm, disconnected from my body, and juggling motherhood, marriage, and survival, I discovered inner strength and courage I didn't know I had. I used my struggles as fuel for my determination to heal, transform, and empower myself to now live in a body and have a life I love.
A powerful and rapid life changing method helped to support me here. It guided me heal deeply without spending years in therapy.
